Delivery Charges

We offer cash on delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.

  • Shipping Fee: Rs. 200 (Flat Rate Nationwide)

  • Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 3,000

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days (depending on your location)

Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Open Parcel Before Payment

We offer “Open Parcel Before Payment” on eligible orders so you can check the product before paying the rider. However:

  • Only the product condition can be checked before payment (try-on or usage is not allowed).

  • If the item is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you can refuse the parcel and return it via the rider immediately.

Delays or Missed Deliveries

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery time, delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen weather conditions

  • Courier company backlogs

  • Incomplete or unreachable addresses

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within Pakistan.
